I recently visited Borers falls, on January 27 - 2008.
It was a long, fun hike in with some great rock formations to see and explore as well as some great junk to pick through that was dumped in the gorge - old bundles of barbed wire, pots, pans, etc.
It was a tough hike in the dead of winter, but still the falls were amazing and it is worthy of going and seeing anytime.
